1. Definitions

2. Eligibility

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the request being declined and the account being flagged for review. taya7775 is not liable for delays in processing withdrawals caused by a Player's failure to provide required documentation.

3.3 Account Ownership

Your taya7775 account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, shared with, or used by any other person. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account credentials. taya7775 accounts are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside of the platform.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your taya7775 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable SMS two-factor authentication through account security settings.
• Not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your taya7775 account when using shared or public devices.

5. Deposits

All deposits to your taya7775 account must be made through the approved payment methods available in your account wallet. Approved methods for Philippine players include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. taya7775 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — the name on your payment method must match the name on your taya7775 account.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

5.2 Deposit Processing Times

5.3 Source of Funds

6. Withdrawals

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds credited to your taya7775 account carry a wagering requirement that must be met before those funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a ₱1,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement requires ₱20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal). 7.2 Game Contribution

8. Game Rules

13. Limitation of Liability

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the taya7775 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority (including PAGCOR where applicable) or the courts of the Philippines with competent jurisdiction.
